On Wednesday April 12 , the third grade went to Medieval Times for a field trip. First, there was a gift shop, with lots of cool items that you could buy if you brought money , and there was a drink place where you could buy slurpees and other drinks. Then there was a show. In the show there were teams, Schafer school was on the green team and cheered on the green knight. The knight of your team would even throw flowers to their audience members. During the tournament all of the teams fought against each other as they rode horses. For each part of the show they would stop and have the schools answer questions by yelling out the letters that go with the questions. During the show they would bring you food, which was chicken legs, corn, potatoes, and a cookie. If you are a vegetarian, they have a special meal just for you!
We would recommend this place for you because this place teaches you how they lived between 1066 and 1485! That was a long time ago! We enjoyed this place very much because of the amazing acts, the fighting with swords and the horses, and the delicious food. This is why we recommend going to Medieval Times.
