On August 23, Schafer PTA hosted their annual Dudes vs. Kids Soccer game. Principals, teachers, and family members gathered on the sidelines as our sharks and their dads battled it out on the soccer field. It was a non-stop action filled game full of smiles and laughs.
“It was fun to play against the dads because it’s not common to play against them. It was fun to be out and playing in the fresh air too,” said fourth grade student Uriel Padilla-Maldonado.
The Dudes vs. Kids Soccer game was a great way to kick off the year. The next Schafer PTA event will be the Schafer Family Dance on Thursday September 22 from 6-8:00pm. We can’t wait to see all of our Sharks on the dance floor!
